My journey started in the nonprofit and education sectors, where I saw firsthand the challenges of adopting new technology with limited resources. I witnessed organizations pour time, money, and energy into Salesforce—only to encounter unexpected costs, misaligned strategies, and implementation roadblocks that could have been avoided with the right guidance from the start. For years, I’ve worked alongside nonprofits and educational institutions, helping them navigate critical technology decisions that directly impact their ability to serve their communities. I understand the realities—tight budgets, limited resources, and the need for technology that actually works for the people using it.
